We have been using Chestertown Family Medicine for 20 years. Doc knows us and treats us like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

According to my health insurance website this practice is accepting new patients. When I called I spoke to a very hateful, rude woman on the phone (who practically screamed in my ears the whole conversation) and she gruffly informed me that I needed to be accepted first and that could take 4 to 5 months! No thank you! I will go elsewhere! Judging by the other comments on here, your receptionist really needs some sensitivity training!
I made a request for a refill on my EpiPen through my new insurance. A week later, the receptionist left me a message to let me know that the nurse practitioner had left in January (it was now May). I called back to ask what my options were given that I need an EpiPen. She said that the doctor would have to decide if I could be a patient there and that I couldn’t get a refill in the meantime.
