I think It Is Very Unfair,They Do Not Put The Most Needy First,I've basically been homeless for Almost A Year,And they would not give me An Apartment,Actually I was staying with A person living there,And I was thrown out on the street,Kind Of Sad Really,I believe It's Totally Unfair
The area is safe people are nice rent is based on income. Highly recommend
