I recently went there for the first time and was really disappointed in my experience. Perhaps, there are other coaches who are great but the one I interacted with made me feel unwelcome and judged. There were a couple moments where she seemed like she was trying to show me positivity, but it felted contrived. Even at the end she sounded shocked when I expressed it was a good workout. This place is absolutely amazing! The workouts are definitely challenging, but you have a whole crew rooting for you! I highly recommend giving them a try!! I wanted to add : I’ve now been a member for a little over a year. I can’t believe the progress I have made, the friendships that I’ve gained, and all of the confidence and self-worth that I’ve gained!
