They are genuine supportive, an overall family feel when you go to this gym.
Thought I give it a try, If you're looking to build or define muscle, this is not it. This is strictly a "cardio fitness" run around place. And it's also quite clicky. Not for either of us, Heading back to our old gym.
FBBC is an amazing place to get an awesome workout in. The coaches are the best people ever: supportive, encouraging and will challenge you. I've lost weight, I've built muscle and just feel strong. Something I've never had at other facilities or working out on my own. I highly recommend FBBC!
