I bought refrigerator from them, it started leaking water and started problems after one week, worst customer service
I recently purchased two refrigerators from Chester's Appliances, with the specific requirement that both ice makers needed to be fully functional. Upon delivery, one of the units had a non-working ice maker. The subsequent attempts to get this resolved were an absolute failure of customer service. Bought a washer and dryer got it delivered and set up and tried to use washer machine it had a bad valve and flooded my house. They replace the set got a new set and got it delivered went to use washer machine it wasnt hooked up properly and flooded my house again. I wish I could post the pictures and videos. Smh
They were playing Dominican salsa in the store. That alone is worth five stars. Fair price on the washer I purchased and the employee was welcoming and helpful. Delivery drivers were on time, professional and nice as well.
