I have cut my own hair for the past 25 years but sometimes I just don't want to do it myself. I'm no barber but the girls at Chester's are pretty good, some better than others but I don't go often enough to be the supreme judge. They are quick, nice and the price isn't bad.
I signed in on the walk-in sheet and waited for over an hour, but two customers who arrived much later were served right away. Since the sign-in sheet is displayed on the desk, it was clear this person had not signed in. (You can see the names ahead of you) What is the purpose of this system when your stylists ignore it.
