Erin did what was entailed in real estate sale contract for the sale transaction I hired them for. I would not be keen on giving them business as the responsiveness to emails and questions over email was way too slow. I usually allow businesses even 2-3 business days to respond to a one line email but in this case it was more so like 5 business days with multiple out of office responses for weeks at stretch and this was not even a festive season.
