Awful experience. Dude was rude, on the phone and upset about something when I walked in. Two stars instead of one only because I didn’t think to show him a photo exactly of what I wanted and instead asked him to clean it up and take some of the length out. My mistake. While I was sitting there they made fun of someone who called asking for a haircut without sending photos. I guess that was the same as what I did. This is my first one-star review, and I wouldn’t leave it if the price and high rating of this place weren’t so misleading. I just can’t get how they charge so much and how the rating is so high when the quality is nowhere near what you'd expect. My barber completely ignored my reference and gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I was so dissatisfied that I had to get it fixed by another barber afterward. Extremely disappointing.
