This place sucks literally I had an interview yesterday for my child’s wic benefits and i spoke to a woman who didn’t give me her name she said the lady that’s supposed to be doing interviews is running behind and she said she could just go ahead can roll my benefits over but something she didn’t do right because I only have jar food available for me to my buy on my wic card no cereal or formula
My appointment was scheduled for the 25th of this month. I was contacted by email requesting documents. That in itself was an issue, why not pick up the telephone and call me first. I sent over the documents. I call the next day and ask were my documents received because I hadn't heard anything. Sharon R Britt tells me I didn't receive anything, so now you need to reschedule.
