My appointment was scheduled for the 25th of this month. I was contacted by email requesting documents. That in itself was an issue, why not pick up the telephone and call me first. I sent over the documents. I call the next day and ask were my documents received because I hadn't heard anything. Sharon R Britt tells me I didn't receive anything, so now you need to reschedule.
