I have been here for two years. I have met a staff of people who have been exceptionally cooperative, capable and helpful to all the needs I have required. I have been very comfortable particularly since I am reaching my 100th birthday on the second of November.
The staff and residents are friendly. It is a very active community.
4 only because nothing is perfect. Becky, the admission director, was 5 stars. Becky was warm, friendly, knowledgeable....and took the time to reseach hubby's health issue. She then knew how/where Villas could help us
Saw the Chesterfield Villas group in the valley, one of the seniors called an aid or assistant over for help unloading her cart and the nursing aid was extremely rude to her. At first she said the store employee would do it and just walked away. My husband and I almost helped the lady because we felt bad for her. Then the nursing aid came back and just dumped the woman’s reusable shopping bags out onto the conveyor with no care whatsoever. I don’t know what that Debbies womans problem is but she needs an attitude adjustment ... read more
