I’ve been here many times never had a bad experience. Have taken all my kids and referred others. No issues. But there can always be a bad experience for someone else. I personally have no complaints with chesterfield urgent care. They are fast to get you seen and are cautious they wear protective gear and it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve visited. 5 stars from me

Stop by with an allergic reaction in my skin. The staff were very polite and friendly, and doctor very helpfull and kind. And the treatment recommended by doctor worked perferctly...I was glad I stopped by here.
Walk in clinic means nothing. Walked in and told me it would be 40 mins as they had other patients ahead of me but surprisingly the place was empty. Bypass if you can.
My husband had a cut on his arm from a metal fence. They were out of tetanus shots and didn’t advise him to get it elsewhere. When I asked if it’s important that he gets it and how soon- the reply was literally “umm.. it should be ok if you don’t”. Also, I believe it needed stitches but instead, they put glue and it was a huge unprofessional mess that was administered without gloves.
