I am a provider that has referred patients here and been here myself multiple times and I am at the point now where I will no longer be referring patients here. They are busy enough so it will not hurt their business but I write this that hopefully it will help other providers and customers know what they are getting themself into. Service takes forever, no updates are provided by the front desk staff, and there are constant mistakes with routine paperwork. Don't waste your time coming here. It's worth it to drive twice as far to go someplace else.
After finding a lump in my armpit, my doctor ordered an ultrasound, and I picked Chesterfield Imaging because it was a convenient location. The day before my 9am ultrasound appointment, Chesterfield Imaging called me to ask me to come in at 11 and 11:30 to get a mammogram. I responded, "Oh, no, I'm just getting an ultrasound. My family has been going there since 2009, and it has gotten worse over the years. They charge double, the attitude is bad, and the overall quality of service is even worse. If you are even two minutes late, they will cancel your appointment and rebook it, showing complete inflexibility and overcharging your health insurance. STAY AWAY AND FIND A NEW IMAGING CENTER!!!
