The girl that helped me yesterday at the “reschedule” section across from the first reception was very rude and loud like she wanted the whole world to hear her, smh, this was a violation of my personal privacy. Go run back the camera because this needs to be addressed this happened after 12 noon yesterday.

I am really stunned at their rating. I have never ever had a bad experience. Some staff upfront has changed. The customer service at the front desk was superior and I met with 2 of them. (Should have got their names). They were really nice and professional. One even wished me a late Happy Birthday! Who does that? Very nice. Just went today. They deserve a much higher rating.
