I went on a Sunday, they are typically closed but the staff was really nice. They didn’t have any issues pulling my insurance and the service was fairly quick for an MRI on the neck (20 mins). Connie, Jessica and Casey were really sweet. We didn’t go over my results but I did request a disc so my doctor can go over them with me. All in all, I had a pleasant experience. :)
Debra the ultrasound tech is extremely unprofessional. I've contacted the Director of imaging to file a complaint and I will escalate it as far as it needs to be for it to be taken seriously. During an ultrasound of a sensitive male area, she yelled at the patient repeatedly while pushing the ultrasound wand so hard it was causing pain. He told me he felt completely violated after. I had my bone dexa done at Chesterfield Imaging Center twice since 2020. Today I called the office to schedule same test for January 2026. I was asked to give DOB and all that. Then the lady on phone just hung up on me!!! Since I live close to this center, I drove to the office and signed my name. I waited and waited. There were about four signing up after me. Two of them were called. Please note I signed my name before them. Still I waited. I already told the lady who handles the signing stuff that I am Deaf so she is aware... read more
