My experience was great. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as instructed and signed in. Front desk provided what i needed to do and registration was quick and seamless. Technician was thorough with explaining everything from start to finish. Very friendly and polite staff.
I had the worst experience here for an MRI. I was treated with little respect/guidance after showing up at 3:37 for a 4:00 appointment and had several comments made from the front desk woman about me not showing up 30 minutes prior. The MRI tech was clueless about why I'm getting a BRAIN SCAN to test for MS.... Which is how they find MS and made me uncomfortable with little hope of an answer after battling life changing pain for 7 years. Do not go here.
