After this Dentist sanded down my lower teeth due to a chip I went back to see about getting a filling repair so that my teeth were straight on the bottom again and after asking what I thought were very smart questions about the outcome and I quote the Dentist response. I don’t think that I can satisfy you. Maybe you should go to someone else. This after being a patient of theirs for over 15 years. Do not recommend.
Scheduling appointments has always been very difficult at Hilltown - on March. 20, 2025 I scheduled my next appointment for 3 PM on 10/8/2025. On 7/23/25 the dental office needed to cancel my scheduled 10/8/25 visit due to availability of a hygienist - which happens and they did have 2 other appointments (9:40 or 12:10) on 10/8. But those times did not work for me. Their next appointment availability was FEB 2026!!!! and no 3 PM appointment until March 17, 2026!!!!
Hilltown dental is an incredible, professional, personable, and caring dental office/ establishment. My wife and I have been going here for over 3 years now and each visit is better than the last. Dr. Carissa and Dr. Andrew are outstanding. Both have a passion to make sure each and every smile is happened with care. The whole team at Hilltown are phenomenal. If you need dental work, look no further!
I cannot express enough how grateful, lucky, and happy I am to have Dr. Andrew Bruening and his staff as a part of my journey on getting an entire new set of teeth. Just an example, last week he and his assistant had to pull 9 teeth out. I was scared, and had so much anxiety…without me even asking, his assistant got me a stress ball, a blanket, water and gave me the remote to watch anything I wanted to.
