Great big family kitchen, and backyard lawn. House has some quirks, no baths for the children, 2nd toilet is enclosed on the old veranda, i.e. the three guest bedrooms have to access the toilet by going outside, which can be very cold in winter. Owners keep the place very clean and provide some nice touches, i.e. welcoming bottle of wine.
