I'm a current resident here. My sweet little small community has turned into an apartment complex. I own my home. I'm seeing so many people that do not belong here. This is a 55 and up community. This is what I bought into. This in reality is not at all what I belong to. My homeownership is nothing more than an apartment complex for anyone. Apparently, anyone can move into my little 55 and up neighborhood. Please tell me what I can do, legally?
Quiet place which is good. Only problems are the car vandalism and people stealing your water to wash their cars. I wish they had a number to contact to report it. It is against the rules to wash your car on this property.
