Absolutely amazing. Came in on short notice with a useless phone, walked out with extraordinary customer service and a phone that worked like new. (And only took about an hour and a half!)
This man did a wonderful job on fixing my phone (and will be using him to fix my iPad). I would absolutely recommend him, as he is honest, a great communicator, quick with the repair, and explained in detail to me about what was wrong with it. Also, he gave me some good recommendations on how to keep my phone running smoothly, etc. It’s good to find people like this still exist in Butte! :)
Chester was knowledgeable, fair and reasonable when I brought in my iPhone 16. We communicated back and forth a couple of times and he proved to be reliable and honest.
