Stormy Neff is personable, seems to be hard working; he’s probably over-extended and promises more than he can deliver. He provides good plants, shrubs and trees, and, by his own admission, has no ability to draw a plan. All this was OK with me until we ran into scheduling or problems: he doesn't answer emails or telephone calls until the second or third try; he doesn't show up when promised, or shows up unscheduled. Great Work!!
Makes horrible patios – Chester River Landscaping placed a patio and stairs at my home which from day one accumulated 2-3inches of water up against my home when it rained and would not fix it. Now my basement is leaking and has mold on the walls. My basement window was underwater 8 inches during the last hurricane and water poured into my home. I would not recommmend this company.
