everyone was wonderful from the front desk to the Phlebotomist & no wait!
Amazing staff. Lady that took my blood was the best ever. Never felt her stick me with the needle and I was watching the whole time.
Always friendly, usually very quick compared to the lab at the hospital in Chestertown.
I usually don't have any issues from this lab, but for some reason the phlebotomist working last Tuesday 9/27 was not very pleasant towards me. First time I have gotten a hematoma from the needle insertion and it still hurts to bend my wrist four days later!
Appointments Required but patients wait over 30 minutes merely for a PCR test! Not very efficient
