I am usually very understandable but the staff was extremely rude.i came into town for the Disneyland 70 anniversary. I paid for 3 nights but only used two because I missed my flight with no problem. I booked a smoking room but upon arrival was told it could not smoke in my room which I agreed. I then smoked out side my door and was told it couldn't because it leaves a bad smell, i was led to a spot in the back of the parking lot to smoke and complied, I was spotted my staff multi times( it was one person the entire time). A very good experiences and service. I recomended.
Incredible location close to Knotts Berry Farm Disneyland and Huntington Beach. Great resturants and fast food within waking distance. You won't find a better hotel in this area. The hotel owners and management are incredibly kind and helpful. Price can't beat as well. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.
