Worst customer service the lady who answered tge phone today she shouldn't be working there at all totally disrespectful
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting. I understand that vets have to charge more than pharmacies to keep running but to charge close to $500 for medication that would be around $20-30 max is a clear manipulation of customers. The way this vet attempted to pressure us into making a decision quickly was abhorrent. This is an extreme amount of money and not everyone has easy access to that money nor has knowledge about how much it should actually cost.
Recently visited and had a thoroughly disappointing experience don't recommend at all
Terrible reception customer service. Super rude and loud, I barely said 2 words to her on the phone enquiring from her what to do if I've found a kitten and she lost it. Super unprofessional. Worst vet ever honestly with the ratings it has it should shut down. If you can't keep your composure and stay respectful to others then you shouldn't be working as a receptionist or anywhere near customer service. Absolutely rubbish
