I will not be going back again, like they just want to sell a product. My puppy got worse when she was treated here.
The receptionist was extremely rude on two separate occasions I called about an injured animal, shouting "call rspca!" over the top of me while I was trying to ask a question. A simple "I'm sorry we don't see injured wildlife, but rspca can help" would've been a more appropriate and professional response than shouting call rspca everytime I attempted to speak.
Worst customer service the lady who answered tge phone today she shouldn't be working there at all totally disrespectful
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting. I understand that vets have to charge more than pharmacies to keep running but to charge close to $500 for medication that would be around $20-30 max is a clear manipulation of customers. The way this vet attempted to pressure us into making a decision quickly was abhorrent. This is an extreme amount of money and not everyone has easy access to that money nor has knowledge about how much it should actually cost.
Recently visited and had a thoroughly disappointing experience don't recommend at all
