We attended the medical centre at 9:30am after calling at 9:00am to confirm our appointment. During that call, we were advised that the clinic was not busy and that we could come in. Upon arrival, we waited for approximately one hour. During this time, we were repeatedly told that we would be seen next. Most disgusting medical centre I have been too. Called around 9am in the morning and asked to do a Telehealth appointment was told no. Then I asked what about if we come in they said yes there’s no one here. I get there within 10 mins of this phone call I come and it’s a bloody zoo in here. DR Mohammad Kandil is the best dr I've dealt with since I arrived in Australia, and especially at this center. Once, I needed to see a doctor for my daughter, but Dr. Qandil wasn't there that day. So, I had to see another doctor and That's where the difference was in every way. Dr. Qandil is a very professional, a master of his craft, respectful, and incredibly empathetic. Waited 1.5hrs over the appointment time, what is the point of making an appointment at all?! Doc was rude and rushed. Would not recommend to use this service.
I am absolutely appalled by the service at this medical centre today at 11:16AM. I called to find out the name of the last doctor I saw to know her next availability. I provided all my personal information and details asked, but the male receptionist refused to give me the availability of the doctor. When I explained that I had provided everything he asked for, he hung up on me. His response—that I now have to come in person for such a basic request—is completely unacceptable.
