To my shock disappointment I booked online through hot doc to see dr Hanna at 5.30pm my appointment was confirmed via email, I filled out the information form too, once I got to the medical centre at 5.10pm the receptionist told me because I’m a new patient I was unable to see the dr I booked in for ? I was then told to come tomorrow because they close at 5pm ? But the hours on hot doc and on their front door say otherwise? After explaining to them I have just moved from Windsor to auburn hence why I’m a new patient I needed... read more

The service was horrid made my grandmother wait for 2 hours since she had back pain and the doctor was incredibly rude and incompetent of her job my grandmother ended up having to leave with back pain my grandmother clearly stated “I don’t like these doctors anyway I only went to them for a script” she was waiting for almost 3 hours and people kept on going in front of her the doctors name was Dr Malik Hanna I do not recommend

This clinic has many doctors and is well-organized, with an efficient appointment system and short waiting times. We met Dr. Mohamed Kandil who made my son （H. W）and our family feel truly cared for and supported. Dr. Mohamed Kandil is dedicated, professional, efficient, and patient, always helping his patients solve their medical problems. We met him when we were completely ignorant and helpless—he was the light that God sent to us. May this light continue to shine upon many more people.
