I was experiencing severe pain and visited the clinic specifically to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I already had my X-ray results with me. Upon arrival, I was asked to email the X-rays to the clinic. I sent them twice to the email address provided, but the staff claimed they could not locate my email. I even showed them my phone to verify that the email had been sent to the correct address.
