Living in Chester and Ella is very similar to living in student accommodation. Be prepared to be micromanaged with 10's of emails each week about different rules or amenities out of order, drunk people wondering around the building and vomit in the lifts on weekends. We moved in as renters with the intent to buy, very grateful we did this so we could cut our losses before any purchase was made. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews from the owners, they all decided to do it together because they know the reviews affect the building’s value and they’re cooked. Honestly, the building itself is fine, the design is beautiful, but the management team is terrible. They’re nice to you before you move in, but once you’re in, good luck getting a reply.
