Do not use this business, I’ve been a customer for 8 years and will never use them again. I called last week on sending a plumber to fix a leaking valve, it had a steady leak, I called and left numerous messages and I have left numerous messages to the receptionist. No call backs nothing. After a week my pipe bursted and now I have a flooded basement, no answer and no plumber. My advice to you, is not to use this business, they will not give you the time of day.
These guys are the best. Full stop. Our well went kaput. What looked like a simple issue turned into a giant headache and these guys pulled out all the stops to get us back up and running as soon as was possible. We ended up having to have a new well drilled, but not only did they do everything they could to avoid that, they used their contacts to get Valley Drillers here in record time to get the well done, then were on it to get us hooked up and running again. I had my space saver water heater replaced. My water has a very high iron content that damaged the seals. The good: prompt service, had the work completed in a timely manner, showed up as scheduled and was onsite the day after I called. The Bad: when the main technician carried out the old heater, he allow the very dark brown contaminated water pour out all over my kitchen floor, my entry mat and all across my front deck.
