In the 5 years I lived in the Moose Jaw location of Deveraux Apartment Communities, I experienced unprofessional communication. I had to take this company to the ORT twice, one for a particularly distressing matter. I would not recommend this as a place to live if someone is looking for timely and professional communication or timely response to problems in your suite. Deveraux Appartment Communities has gone out of their way to make this condo a wonderful place for my family to live. We have severe allergies and sensitivities and they have been beyond kind and compassionate with us and very considerate. I wouldn't typically expect this type of care from a corporate community, but from the admin assistant to the repair technician, grounds maintenance to the property manager -- we have received such kindness and care even as we are constantly needing help and asking for exceptions so as to ... read more
