The staff is so friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Dougherty is knowledgeable, Lisa was very helpful. Sol, Isabel, and Johana were super nice! 10000/10 would recommend!!
Office opens at 8 am. I arrive at 8:50 door is locked receptionist is chatting on the phone. I got the big 1 minute finger. It's been ten and she's still chatting.
Ridiculous. Located on a major thoroughfare, I called them 15 minutes prior to my appointment to advise an accident has caused the road to be closed and that the gps was estimating that we would be 15 minutes late to our appointment. Their response was that they only accept 10 minutes late. Even though it was an unforeseen closure, I had left work early, and driven 90% of the way there. This family of 7 will be going elsewhere from now on. Pathetic…
A very pleasant & professional experience here. I made an appointment to have my vision & eyes checked by the optometrist Dr Samantha Dougherty, who was thorough and very nice to deal with. We then picked out frames from the numerous ones on display, and had them put a set of transition lenses in. They were ready in less than 2 weeks. Everyone in the store treated us and every customer so courteously and professionally, making the process so much easier.
