Swung by on the off chance they could fix my sunglasses. They did it promptly and free of charge. I wasn’t an existing customer, they were very helpful. My next set of glasses will be bought here.
I had a missing screw that needed to be replaced and I was able to walk in and get it done at no cost! The associate was awesome in that she not only replaced my screw but also checked all of the others and then cleaned my glasses. Customer service above and beyond!
