They send people to unsafe places and don’t do their research about apartments . Trying to get my family members moved closer but they won’t do so even though they sent him that far and even though they have family in the in the area desired to they have transportation and doctors. But they don’t care they keep sending the person farther away dispite the information they have. Oh and they won’t answer the phone because they keep having outings.

I wonder if they look at these. Reviews. Well I'm tell yall this I'm new to the Chester Housing Authority and if they as about me. At Philadelphia Housing Authority they tell u I'm not ine to play with .. All I will say I am about my business . And I'm currently in process of being transfer from Philadelphia to west chest the process should not be long .I have to be outta my apartment by September 1 2025 . They do not contact you back what so ever. Received an email stating I am getting taken off the waitlist because I never responded but I never received an email, letter, or phone call about anything. I would recommend a different agency. Not very professional.
