An absolute failure in every step of the process of getting housing with there guidance and support.there is no support for anything except if you forgot to fill out an imaginary form you never received and no call or email from your caseworker.and the last and most unreal problem that is impossible to understand.they never answer the phone or call you back if you left a message.a total joke of a government agency.
Case workers do not respond and when they do they remind you of how you can lose your voucher.. even when the issue wasn’t your fault..
Unprofessional as hell
I just need to say this: when a client calls and asks about the status of time-limited things, I don't need to hear about 'we just came back,' etc. Also i understand the case loads get heavy but chill out sometimes because we are human just like you Thank you.
They send people to unsafe places and don’t do their research about apartments . Trying to get my family members moved closer but they won’t do so even though they sent him that far and even though they have family in the in the area desired to they have transportation and doctors. But they don’t care they keep sending the person farther away dispite the information they have. Oh and they won’t answer the phone because they keep having outings.
