Had a great experience back in April, but not so much this time. Reception was good, but rooms were all full at 10:45pm and we waited in the hall for 3 hours. They kept messing up and having to redo bloodwork. People were friendly but they wasted their time and everyone else’s, which explains why the rooms were full
Excellent and friendly staff. Much better than the west Chester location.
People at the registration takes forever. You can hear them chatting behind the window. So frustrating. Specially when you wait for 35 mins just to register after you get there at 7:0a when the open and you have to go to work.
Staff were very personable.
