I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, others being brought in for the same doctor and I questioned it at the desk. She called someone, tells me to sit down, they’ll be out to get me, and yet another patient for my doctor gets brought in! They can’t even fix a problem when notified!
I was just turned away from the office because I have an exclusively breastfed baby who can’t be left in anyone else’s care. In this entire ordeal, I’ve been to many doctor offices with her, careful to leave my other child in someone else’s care to respect policies, but being told to leave the office because of a baby (still in a carrier) who needs me is absolute discrimination!!!!!! I am LIVID!!!
RecommendedI went in today for my regular 6-month checkup. I was very impressed with the care and attention that the staff is giving to cleanliness and Covid-19 precautions. The staff cleans every chair in the waiting room and exam rooms between patients and 6 ft social distancing areas are clearly marked. every staff member was wearing gloves and masks. I am grateful for their attention to cleanliness and understand how much extra work this is for the staff.
RecommendedI’ve been a patient for over 9 years for BRVO. This is an incurable condition. I’m improving but unfortunately was diagnosed with BRVO in the other eye. They are so sympathetic, efficient, and capable. The technicians are the kindest most caring aides. I’m thankful this practice was recommended to me.
RecommendedMy first visit to a doctor since the Covid 19 restrictions began was to Chester County Eye Care at Fern Hill. I was impressed with the safety precautions the staff has taken. Waiting room chairs are marked and cleaned as patients leave them, and several times I saw staff members cleaning the front entrance and wiping off counters. Clean and used pens are kept in separate containers. Social distancing is practiced and everyone was wearing a mask. I felt more than comfortable during my visit! Thanks CCEC!

RecommendedI recently had surgery on my eyelids performed by Dr. Stark. I am very pleased with the results. If you are considering this surgery, just follow the pre and post op Instructions and you will have no problems. There is very little discomfort involved. Dr. Stark is very thorough and caring.
