We have ALWAYS been treated well by the front office staff, they are courteous and efficient. When we call in and speak with their service they ALWAYS are very helpful. We sincerely feel this office is very deserving of FIVE STARS! Dr. Clay Warnick came "highly recommended" and has been my husband's Cardiologist for years, they don't come any better than him! THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE !

I checked out the reviews before taking my mom for her appointment just to know what to expect. Expected there to be some bumps after seeing the low marks but our experience was great. Everyone was friendly and they were super efficient.

Have been seeing Dr. Neidhart for years and he is great, the office staff is terrible. Had to reschedule a procedure because they didn’t have my insurance information but I could pay cash and be reimbursed, not happening. Then felt lightheaded today and pulse was 42. Called and was told someone would call me back , almost six hours now and have not heard anything. Hoping it’s not serious. Very disappointed.

Let me start with...if I could put lower amount of stars I would. Because first I was asking about how my EKG was going to work and the woman ignored me, and asked two more times and still didn't tell me. So she continues to put the monitors on me and then starts the test without me know. So then I tried to ask again about the test and ask how long is it going to take? And she said on it done, I'm just printing it out . I then waited OVER 25 MINUTES for someone to come back and tell me my results. The woman that found me sai... read more
