Bought my used 2022 Honda HRV SUV at the Car Shop in Chester Springs, beautiful car. Had service there twice, never again, rip offs for simple stuff. Anyway, I did go to Chester County automotive Jim & Jake are absolutely fabulous. I won’t go anywhere else.
This was my first visit to this repair shop, as I had been going to another one for five years. I needed a place closer to home, and I’m glad I found this one. They were quick and friendly, which really helped ease my stress about my car issues. What impressed me the most was that they finished the repairs in just two hours and kept me updated throughout the process. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on!
Knowledgeable straight shooters with reasonable prices. Been taking my car here since I moved back to the area. Have been great at helping me keep my aging Subaru running. 164k miles and counting.
Knowledgeable and honest. They addressed an engine repair that was diagnosed elsewhere as needing a several thousand dollar rebuild with a ~$300 fix, charged me nothing when I had a one-off issue on another car that they couldn’t replicate, and didn’t try to upsell me on *a single thing* when I brought my car in today for an oil change/inspection. I’ve worked at dealerships for over 10 years, I don’t think that’s ever happened. I’m a customer for life, cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
