While the initial consultation fee was expensive the total bill including the procedure was very reasonable. Dr Caroline removed a very large mole from my daughter's forehead, right between her eyes. Ine year later and ther is not scar at all. We are so happy we went with Dr Caroline for this!
I have been a consistent client for 11 years, starting with a breast reduction and following with regular skin care treatments. The results have exceeded any expectation I may have had. Dr. Chester and her staff are completely professional while being genuinely welcoming and comfortable. Their approach is very individualized and realistic, and I have had confidence in their decisions from day one.
Our baby girl was born with hemangioma on her upper lip. At 18 months Dr Chester removed it. My daughters ten now and you can not tell there was anything done. Flawless job. And she is very gentle with a great bed side manor.
I wouldn't recommend Dr. Chester for a breast augmentation surgery. She caused me to have symmastia, ripping in my implants (I'm guessing because she started larger and went down smaller THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY PLANNED), and knew she had messed up but still didn't consider fixing what she had done wrong without me having to pay for the procedure again. She didn't care much for how bad she had messed up talking at Post procedure appointments, but knew I was very unhappy.
In 2006, I seen Dr. Chester to have an epidermal nevus removed. Dr. Chester assured my mother and I that there would be minimal recovery time and that she could remove all of the nevus from the specific section in which it was being removed. Needless to say 2 years later I had to have scar revision surgery, liposuction and more nevus removed from the same incision site. I was in serious pain for quite some time. I would not recommend her to friends or family.
