Great do it yourself car wash. Everything is new and the products at the detailing area are top shelf. Friendly staff and there to be a part of the community.

Gimmicky. I don’t care about the light show. But no one performing final drying of car outside the tunnel I do care about. Bring that back like the car wash it replaced. Poor layout as well. All the cars pulling up to the dead end detailing stations was a bad move. Now if you bring back the hand drying at end I bet this fixes the problem. Left scratches all of my car that did not come out after rubbing with a cleaner. Approached management to discuss. The manager was dismissive and failed to take any accountability. Told my wife and I that it’s not possible his machines could leave these marks. This is a brand new car that did not have these scratches prior to getting the car washed. Filled out a form but was offered no accommodation to the fix the scratches.
