I took a domestic bunny I found on a trail to Chester Basin Animal Hospital because it was gasping for air to breathe. The bunny needed to see a Vet ASAP. They told me the vets were all in appointments and could not look at this bunny. They said they could euthanize it for me. I refused and drove it to Halifax to the emergency vet who said Chester Basin animal hospital should be ashamed of themselves for not even giving the bunny oxygen, or taking a couple minutes out to even look at him. Amazing Care! Amazing staff! Brought my fur baby in for a tooth extraction & dental care today. Our first visit was earlier this week, today was the second. I was so happy & impressed with the professionalism, knowledge & kindness from all, receptions, vet tech & veterinarian. Very happy to have such a great team in my community! Thank You CBAH!
Best move I made was coming here! Desk staff, Dr.'s and Tech staff are all wonderdul. Unexpectedly had to put our rabbit down, and then bringing the 4 chihuahuas in for their appt's. Made everything very easy as well. I look forward to seeing them. Thanks so much.
