I would give them less than one star if available. Very rude customer service and very unprofessional.
Called them from appliance repair and they are NOT located in Chester. Extremely unprofessional and slow to respond.
Only a 1 star because you have to in order to leave a review. I Called and made an appointment for next day 2pm - 5pm. They wanted me to pay when I made the appointment but I refused to pay without service and I'm glad I did because they called at 3 pm and said the technician was out of town and didn't when he would be back so they were cancelling the appointment. The person I spoke to when making the appointment was English speaking but the person who called to cancel sounded from India and I could hear hear other people in... read more
