Horrible experience. My car had a minimal issue I wanted to be proactive about. First was told my battery was too low to perform diagnostics, so I paid more than what I was used to for a replacement. Then was told it would take 1-2 days before car would get looked at. By business day 4, I still hadn't heard back. What kind of clown dealership is not open on Saturdays and Sundays? What a joke.
We use the concierge Auto pickup service for an oil change. The auto reply system had sent text messages stating when the car would be picked up and such. None of the messages ever made any sense one of the time for pickup the messages had stated the car was being returned. We received a total of 12 different messages over the period of 24 hours all of them misleading. We never got the car back that day it just didn't show up nobody even called. Maybe a fifth grader is smart enough to figure this one out lol. They don't take service appointments, they are first come first serve. I came into the Ford service today around 4:20 and told hey guy that was looking very comfortable that I needed to have my suspension looked at on my focus ST. There is a rattle in the rear right.
