We (4 couples) have just had a 3 night stay at Chesson Lodge and loved it. The house is so well equipped with beautiful furnishings, exceptional fully equipped kitchen and several lounge and eating areas. The beds were very comfortable and with air conditioning in each bedroom, it was nice and cosy. Everything has been thought of to make your stay very comfortable. We spent a wonderful few days with family at the beautiful Chesson Lodge. From the moment we walked in, we knew the lodge was special ! Everything was prepared for our arrival from wood for the fire to background music to welcome us. Most importantly, my sister Cara uses a wheelchair and said the lodge was the most accessibly designed and considered guest property she has stayed in. We had a family gathering at Chesson Lodge and were delighted at the space, every detail has been thought of and catered for! The decor is very elaborate and luxurious, with so many works of art. There are lots of pieces from local artists and artisans which was lovely to see, locals supporting locals! Had such a lovely long weekend at Chesson Lodge. Eight of us stayed and had ample room for everything. Definitely the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. Bedrooms great and all with aircon. Outside area and pool lovely as well. Gary and Louise were very helpful and responsive. Cannot wait to stay again!
