Called a few weeks back and asked for a/c service. All I got was a lecture on buying a flipped house. I have no idea where that came from? The house hasn't been touched.

Luke and his guys did a stand up job on replacing my HVAC. After another company came out and said I needed a completely new HVAC but wouldn't source the type of unit I wanted to install, I reach out to a local supplier which told me to give Luke a call. After some back and forth about products and along with some permit paperwork Luke and he guys showed up. I have an older unit and have had so many different companies come out to give it a look and do some maintenance. Luke from Chesser cooling was the only person who gave me the time of day !! Such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend! Definitely not out to just make money off of you, genuinely wanting to help and provide great customer service !

5 stars does not do justice for the phenomenal service rendered on pricing and replacing my HVAC unit and Air handler, which was in the attic and is never a desirable task.
