I am quite certain the staff will recognize my review as well! I came in with tooth pain. My mom set this appointment for me because I was so much in pain, frustrated, and about ready to give up because everyone else, and even my own dentist was full. I paid for Invisalign in FULL upfront - which includes the costs for all adjustments and care for the entirety of the treatment. The Invisalign Dentist left the practice in December 2023. DentalWorks never hired a new Invisalign Dentist. Apparently patients are unable to transfer the Invisalign care/paid for service to a new Dentist. So to continue and complete my Invisalign treatment I have to pay AGAIN out of pocket for the treatment at my new Invisalign Dentist. This is not a good business practice. Dr. Sedda is one of the best dentists ever she takes such Pride in her work and goes above and beyond to meet your emotional needs cause let's be honest it's never fun going to the dentist but she makes it such a Breeze to get your dental work done and Danielle in the frontend was very sweet knowledgeable on my needs she also accommodates my schedule thank you ladies for such an amazing job i will keep coming back!
I told the staff they would recognize my review because I would mention how I came in crying and so anxious lol This team is absolutely amazing. The doctor, assistant, and front desk were so good with me. I felt so embarrassed and anxious because I know I needed some work done, however, the love and gentleness that was given to me is something I have never ever experienced at a dentist office before.
