If I could give less stars, I would. They sold us a truck without floor mats and when we asked for them, they just took mats from a different vehicle for sale and put them in ours. They also sold the truck without disclosing that the AC didn't work and we had to get it fixed which cost a thousand dollars. We had to have the whole break system replaced within a year and now the transmission is failing two years later and they won't do a thing to help us.
This is the last place I would purchase a new vehicle. Very pushing and aggressive staff from spam calling to standing over top of you. Trust me, I only buy from Byers Chevrolet in Grove City Ohio. Great staff there and very honest.
6 months ago after an oil change and tire rotation they said I had 3mm pad left. I finally got around to changing pads today and my pads have regenerated to almost 7mm. Surely they wouldn’t lie about needing a service?
