Scheduling with Chesspenn has gotten terrible. You will call but won’t get an appointment for 4+ months. They only open certain months at a time. So I called last Wednesday, but they did not have the books open for June or July and told me to call the next week. Monday was a holiday so I called today - and nothing is available. August appts are not open yet. She tried to tell me it is because Crozer closed - and that is why I am making this review. This has been an ongoing issue at LEAST the last 3 years. Worst place ever, I don’t recommend it. 2025 and for my bad lock I get forced to come back. It keeps being the worst place and not by the doctors, is because the awful staff or administrators the have in the location.
Every time I have gone here I have been respected and waited on in a timely fashion. Dental associates are very nice and make me feel very comfortable. Thanks to you all
