Absolutely horrible service from the desk to the doctor, I suffered from sciatica and that pain is more bearable to deal with
scheduling an appointment with ChesPenn is almost impossible, As I read some of the other review I notices that there's others having the same issue as me. My grandchildren hasn't been seen by there prima physician in two years! I have to take them to Urgent Care in order to be seen. And I just fund out today, that they only have and open window to make and apt for one week!!! Scheduling with Chesspenn has gotten terrible. You will call but won’t get an appointment for 4+ months. They only open certain months at a time. So I called last Wednesday, but they did not have the books open for June or July and told me to call the next week. Monday was a holiday so I called today - and nothing is available. August appts are not open yet. She tried to tell me it is because Crozer closed - and that is why I am making this review. This has been an ongoing issue at LEAST the last 3 years.
