I really did not have a good experience with this office. The doctor I saw is not listed as being in-network with my insurance provider, even though the facility itself is. I have tried calling numerous times to get clarification on my insurance coverage, but I have been unable to reach anyone who can answer my questions. The online patient portal has also been frustrating because the option to select a provider or office location from the drop-down menu does not work, so I cannot submit a question that way either. First time I have been to ChesPenn, the nurse and helpers were very caring. Dr Butt was nice and helpful. The nurse Lisa was extremely kind and helped me out a lot. She really cares and did a great Job. Thanks
