I was driving to work, when one block from pulling in I noticed flashing lights. I had been going along with traffic and had stopped at a light before I noticed them. They were for me! I was shocked when I was told the limit through that area was 35 mph and not 45! I was informed that it was 15 mph over and there was no choice other than receive a citation. I went to work in shock.
