In search for a new dentist i came upon this establishment. I called and the Receptionist stated they excepted my insurance. I am a night shift nurse and the only appointment they had available was in the middle of my four day in a row in the middle of the afternoon. When I arrive to the facility after waiting for 25 minutes they stated that they do not except my insurance and then I could not be seen. I booked my appointment two weeks out which is plenty of time for someone to realize they do not accept my insurance.
My family was one of Dr. Ames first patients and we have never been disappointed. Very friendly, helpful, well staffed office. I would highly recommend.
Very professional and friendly staff! Dentists are efficient and effective in their work, hygienists are thorough and great with time management. As a returning patient I can attest that the quality of care is consistent.
As most everyone, I do not delight in seeing the dentist. However, the dentist, Dr. Jody Ames and staff are always delightful, professional and thorough. I'm treated as a friend which makes me comfortable. I'm happy that I found this office. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
