Chesney Woods Townhomes I lived at Chesney Woods for a year and really liked it there. All of their townhomes are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. They are well priced at $575 per month and if you need a washer and dryer, they charged only $25 more per month more. The deposit is only $300which is cheap compared to most others. The townhomes are spacious and well maintained. I especially likes the large swimming pool! PROS: spacious rooms, well maintained CONS: none
