The issue is they’re building in a neighborhood with many custom homes, but they still treat the process like a track build—very rigid, limited flexibility, and a lot of “that’s not allowed” unless you pay additional fees. To be fair, the sales representative and the building superintendent I’ve worked with have been great personally and have tried to help where they can.
