Our floors began lifting and splitting after less than 5 years in our Chesmar home in Cibolo Canyons because the subfloor was not level before the flooring was laid. Chesmar’s response-no longer under warranty, offered absolutely no help. We now have to move out of our home and pay for all of our flooring to be replaced. So if you’d like to move out & pay for all new floors after a few years with your own money-then maybe Chesmar is the builder for you 😉

Guys.. these homes are CRAMMED on top of each other; you could literally high-five your neighbor. Starting at $400k for 3/2.5 1600 sqft right on the main road with surrounding strip malls and gas stations? No way lol absolutely unhinged
James was very knowledgeable and easy too talk with. He spent a lot of time with us even after we told him we won’t be ready to buy for another year.
