I called and explained that I just moved here, am disabled and very unwell, and asked if they are taking new patients - the receptionist laughed at me. I understand the shortage of healthcare professionals all too well - that is no excuse for such a thoughtless response.

Booked a appointment for my daughter. Specified it was for her and what it was for. My wife took a day off work and daughter out of school. When they got there they were informed they couldn't be scene because my doctor isnt my daughters and they had booked it incorrectly. Informed us we should just walk over to the e.r. to be helped. My wife had taken our young son as well and it was a appointment just prior to lunch. I cant express my disappointment. This is why there is support for privatization
