Being a previous patient I was unable to set an appointment because of a rude and unpleasant, unprofessional phone clerk. She took no effort to assist me or to research that I had been there previously. I don't believe that the doctor has no idea that his patients are being treated that way.

Great doctor who takes the time to explain the prognosis and course of action if necessary. Staff is very cordial and responsive.
