Horrible place for walk in dental. Called and was told to come in for a walk in to be seen. Drive 1.5 hrs, got there early in the morning. Waited 30 minutes before the receptionist came to the window. She tells me to come back at 1 pm and sit and wait and she can't guarantee they can even see me, they are booked. Then tells me I have to wait 2 months for an appointment for dental emergency. I was the only walk in person they had. Would not recommend.
The staff was friendly &I was in an out. I also felt at ease wth dr Louis. Thank u all

I only gave it one star because I couldn't leave my review. This place is a joke. They won't return calls and they act childish when they have an issue with insurance. Pathetic!! I do NOT recommend!! This is about the Carmi office.
